Ask and Trust You'll Receive

subscriber recently shared a story about asking the Universe for what she wanted
and trusting that she would receive it. Here's what she wrote: "I
had no money in the bank and no cash on me and no food for lunch. I had credit
cards, but I didn't want to rely on them. I decided to trust the Universe/God
for my lunch. At lunchtime, I was still waiting expectantly wondering if someone
would offer to take me to lunch or give me their leftovers or something. A half
hour into our lunch break I decided, for fun, to go through my wallet just to
see what was there. No money, as I thought, just credit cards. But then, I found
a gift certificate for a FREE dinner at a local chicken place. Woo hoo! I was so
delighted with my little miracle I laughed out loud!" This
story reminded me of the abundance of "coincidences" that surrounded
my recent seminar tour. Any time Janet or I needed, wanted or desired anything,
we asked out loud for it, and it manifested. Hotel rooms at specific prices, a
glass of Merlot and live music (which manifested at a DINER of all places),
incredible food, an abundance of cash instead of checks (so we wouldn't have to
find a bank to cash a check), and the right and perfect people attending our
seminars. We
became so used to getting everything that we asked for that we would just ask
out loud and then give it no more thought -- knowing positively that we were
going to get what we asked for. There was no fear of not having enough. There
was only a complete knowing that the Universe would provide. Over the course of
the three weeks, only one request went unfulfilled. Janet had wanted a massage
that didn't manifest -- yet. But that will be rectified in Arizona. We just had
to laugh when our Phoenix publicity guru, Jennifer Longdon, invited us to join
her and her kitchen-happy husband for an evening of cooking while we're in
Phoenix -- and then extended the offer of a massage to Janet and I. Just
goes to show you that everything comes in divine timing. Ask and expect to
receive. What are you going to ask for over the next two weeks? And what do you
need to do to build enough trust to know that you'll receive it in divine
timing?
